Air Fryer Bacon Wrapped Pork

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pork tenderloin.
  • 6 center cut strips bacon.
  • Cooking spray. 
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper.

Instructions

  1. Use a paper towel to dry the pork completely. 
  2. Season with salt and black pepper. 
  3. Wrap the pork with the bacon strips, roll up the pork. 
  4. Set the air- fryer temperature to 380 F degrees. 
  5. Spray the basket with cooking spray and place the pork. 
  6. Close the basket and cook for 12 minutes, flip the chops halfway through. 
  7. Let cool before slicing.
