Air Fryer Basil-Parmesan Crusted Salmon


  • 4 skinless salmon fillets. 
  • Olive oil spray. 
  • 1/2 lemon juice. 
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. 
  • Fresh basil leaves, chopped. 
  • Grated Parmesan. 
  • Salt and black pepper.


  1. In a bowl, season the salmon fillets with lemon juice, salt and pepper. 
  2. In another bowl combine mayo with basil and grated parmesan. 
  3. Spread basil-parmesan mixture over each salmon fillet. 
  4. Set air- fryer temperature to 400F degrees. 
  5. Place the salmon into the basket. 
  6. Cook for 7-10 minutes until they are tender. 
  7. Serve immediately.
