Ingredients
- 1 cups Brussels sprouts
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 1/2 cup sweet red pepper
- 1 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1-1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Set the air- fryer temperature to 400 degrees.
- Place the Brussels sprouts and red pepper inside. Fry for 10 minutes while Shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
- Allow the vegetables to cool. In a mixing bowl add pasta, cooked veggies, soy sauce, oil, cooked chicken, salt and black pepper.
- Mix everything together.
- Garnish with chopped parsley
