Air Fryer Shrimp Dumpling


  • 12 ounce package round dumpling wrappers. 
  • Cooking spray. 
  • 8 ounces shrimps, peeled and ground ¼ cup chopped green onions. 
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage. 
  • 2 teaspoon soy sauce.
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic. 
  • 2 teaspoons minced ginger. 
  • ½ teaspoon chili flakes. 
  • ½ teaspoon white ground pepper.


  1. In a skillet, heat the oil then add garlic and ginger and remove from heat. 
  2. Mix with ground shrimps, green onions, soy sauce, chili flakes and white pepper. 
  3. Put 2 tablespoons of the filling at each dumpling wrapper and use water to seal. Repeat the process. 
  4. Set the air- fryer temperature to 380F degrees, Spray the basket with cooking spray. 
  5. Place spring rolls into baskets and cook for 5 minutes on each side. 
  6. Serve with hot chili and soy sauce.
