
Air Fryer Shrimp Dumpling

Ingredients
- 12 ounce package round dumpling wrappers.
- Cooking spray.
- 8 ounces shrimps, peeled and ground ¼ cup chopped green onions.
- 1 cup shredded cabbage.
- 2 teaspoon soy sauce.
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger.
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes.
- ½ teaspoon white ground pepper.
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat the oil then add garlic and ginger and remove from heat.
- Mix with ground shrimps, green onions, soy sauce, chili flakes and white pepper.
- Put 2 tablespoons of the filling at each dumpling wrapper and use water to seal. Repeat the process.
- Set the air- fryer temperature to 380F degrees, Spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Place spring rolls into baskets and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
- Serve with hot chili and soy sauce.
