Air Fryer Steak with Rosemary Crust

Ingredients

  • 16 ounce tenderloin steak. 
  • Olive oil spray. 
  • Fresh rosemary, chopped. 
  • Grated Parmesan. 
  • Soft butter. 
  • Salt and black pepper.

Instructions

  1. Season the steak generously with salt and fresh ground black pepper. 
  2. Mix the soft butter, parmesan and rosemary together. 
  3. Spread butter-parmesan mixture over the steak. 
  4. Set air- fryer temperature to 400F degrees. 
  5. Place the steak into the basket. 
  6. Cook for 7-10 minutes until they are medium done. 
  7. Serve immediately.
