Air Fryer Steak with Rosemary Crust
- 16 ounce tenderloin steak.
- Olive oil spray.
- Fresh rosemary, chopped.
- Grated Parmesan.
- Soft butter.
- Salt and black pepper.
- Season the steak generously with salt and fresh ground black pepper.
- Mix the soft butter, parmesan and rosemary together.
- Spread butter-parmesan mixture over the steak.
- Set air- fryer temperature to 400F degrees.
- Place the steak into the basket.
- Cook for 7-10 minutes until they are medium done.
- Serve immediately.
