Ingredients
- 3-4 salmon skin-on fillets.
- 2 tablespoon olive oil.
- 2 tablespoon honey.
- Juice of ½ lime.
- 2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce.
- 4 tablespoon oyster sauce.
- 2 tbsp. rice vinegar.
- 2 tablespoon garlic powder.
- 2 tablespoon ginger powder.
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish.
Instructions
- In a bowl, stir together honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice garlic and ginger powder, chili flakes Preheat your grill.
- Using a brush the grill with olive oil.
- Dip the salmon in the sauce and then place it at the grill, skin down.
- Grill the salmon for 4 minutes then flip it to the other side and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked.
- Pour more glaze at the salmon topped with sesame seeds and green onions.
