Asian Grilled Salmon


  • 3-4 salmon skin-on fillets. 
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil. 
  • 2 tablespoon honey.
  • Juice of ½ lime. 
  • 2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce.
  • 4 tablespoon oyster sauce. 
  • 2 tbsp. rice vinegar.
  • 2 tablespoon garlic powder.
  • 2 tablespoon ginger powder. 
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder 
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper. 
  • Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish.


  1. In a bowl, stir together honey, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice garlic and ginger powder, chili flakes Preheat your grill.
  2.  Using a brush the grill with olive oil. 
  3. Dip the salmon in the sauce and then place it at the grill, skin down.
  4.  Grill the salmon for 4 minutes then flip it to the other side and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked. 
  5. Pour more glaze at the salmon topped with sesame seeds and green onions.
