Baked Pecan Oats


  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats. 
  • ¼ cup roughly chopped pecans.
  • 1.5 cups milk. 
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
  • 1 teaspoon cane sugar/honey. 
  • Pinch of salt.


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F In a greased deep baking dish add the oats, pecans, milk, vanilla, sugar and the pinch of salt. 
  2. Stir everything together. 
  3. Place the baking dish in the oven. Cook for 20 minutes. 
  4. Served warm, top it with chopped pecans.
