Beef Kabobs


  • 24 ounces sirloin steak cut into cubes.
  • 1 large red bell pepper. 
  • 1 large onion. 

For the marinade: 

  • 1/4 cup olive oil. 
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice.
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley.
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder .
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper.


  1. In a bowl, mix marinade then adds beef cubes.
  2. Marinate in the fridge for a minimum of 20 minutes or up to 24 hrs.
  3. Cut red pepper and onion into squares. 
  4. Thread the beef and the vegetables onto skewers. 
  5. Set air- fryer temperature to 400F degrees, place skewers into the basket, and cook for 8-10 minutes for each side of skewers until charred on the outside.
