Butter Garlic Basted Steak.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin steak. 
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter. 
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary. 
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic. 
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper. 
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.

Instructions

  1. Dry the steak using a paper towel Season the steak with salt and pepper then add the melted butter, rosemary garlic, and parsley. 
  2. Rub the steak very well. Set the air- fryer temperature to 400F degrees. 
  3. Place the steak into the basket. 
  4. Cook for 10 minutes. 
  5. Flip halfway. 
  6. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
