Ingredients
- 1 pound sirloin steak.
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter.
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh rosemary.
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
- 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped.
Instructions
- Dry the steak using a paper towel Season the steak with salt and pepper then add the melted butter, rosemary garlic, and parsley.
- Rub the steak very well. Set the air- fryer temperature to 400F degrees.
- Place the steak into the basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip halfway.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
