Chicken Breast


  • 4 (7 ounces each) boneless skinless chicken breasts. 
  • Cooking spray or 1 tablespoon of olive oil. 
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder. 
  • ½ teaspoon paprika. 
  • ½ teaspoon oregano. 
  • Pinch of salt, black pepper.


  1. Coat the chicken breasts with oil spray on both sides. 
  2. Mix the spice mix and season the chicken breasts with them. 
  3. Set air- fryer temperature to 360 degrees, and cook the chicken breasts for 10 minutes for each side of the breasts. 
  4. Remove the chicken from the air-fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before cutting into it.
