Chicken Caesar Wraps


  • 4 thin slices of chicken breasts. 
  • Oil cooking spray. 
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil. 
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 
  • 1/4 cup of Caesar dressing. 
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese. 
  • 2 large beaten eggs. 
  • 1 cup of croutons. 
  • ½ cup chopped lettuce. 
  • 3 burrito size tortillas. 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt and black pepper. 
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano. 
  • 1 teaspoon paprika.


  1. In a bowl combine flour, panko, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika. 
  2. In another bowl add the beaten eggs. Dip one piece of chicken at a time in the egg mixture then the panko mixture. 
  3. Transfer to a plate until all chicken is coated. 
  4. Set air- fryer temperature to 380°F degrees. 
  5. Spray the basket with cooking spray. 
  6. Place the chicken in the fryer basket lightly spray the top with the cooking spray, and cook for 13 minutes. 
  7. To a bowl add the chopped lettuce, Caesar dressing, cheese and croutons. 
  8. In a tortilla wrap add the salad mixture then 2 chicken strips, roll the tortilla and serve them.
