Chicken Parmesan


  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts. 
  • Oil cooking spray. 
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil. 
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour. 
  • ¼ cup Italian seasoned panko. 
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese. 
  • 2 large beaten eggs. 
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt and black pepper. 
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano. 
  • 1 teaspoon paprika. 
  • 1 cup sliced mozzarella. 
  • 1 cup marinara sauce.


  1. In a bowl combine flour, panko, oregano, garlic powder, and paprika. In another bowl add the beaten eggs. 
  2. Dip one piece of chicken at a time in the egg mixture then the panko mixture. 
  3. Transfer to a plate until all chicken is coated. 
  4. Set air- fryer temperature to 380°F degrees. 
  5. Spray the basket with cooking spray. 
  6. Place the chicken in the fryer basket lightly spray the top with the cooking spray, and cook for 8 minutes. 
  7. Add 2 tbsp. of marinara sauce to each chicken, then top it with cheese. Continue cooking until the cheese melts.
