Chicken Wings


  • 32 ounces of split Chicken Wings.
  • Cooking spray or 1 tablespoons of olive oil. 
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted melted butter. 
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce. 
  • 1 teaspoon of salt. 
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper. 
  • 1 green onion, chopped.


  1. Dry the chicken wings and sprinkle generously with salt. 
  2. Spray the basket of air fryer with cooking spray. Set air- fryer temperature to 360 degrees. 
  3. Place the wings in the fryer basket and cook for 12 on each side. Increase the heat to 390 degrees for 5 minutes or until the wings become extra-crispy. 
  4. Whisk the melted butter in the hot sauce. 
  5. In a large bowl toss the chicken wings with the hot sauce. 
  6. Sprinkle green onions over the top and serve.
