Grilled Bananas

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe and firm bananas. 
  • 1/4 cup maple or honey. 
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg.
  • 1 tablespoon neutral oil.

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix maple syrup, cinnamon, oil and nutmeg. 
  2. Preheat your grill to medium heat. Then slice the banana lengthwise. 
  3. Brush with the banana halves with maple mixture. 
  4. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side. 
  5. Serve warm with ice-cream.
