Grilled Corn Salad


  • 4 fresh corn. 
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil. 
  • 1 tablespoons mayo. 
  • 1 garlic clove, minced. 
  • Juice of 1 lime. 
  • ¼ cup finely chopped cilantro.
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika. 
  • ¼ teaspoon chili powder. 
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt.


  1. Preheat your grill. Brush the grill with olive oil. 
  2. Grill the corns, 10-15 minutes for each side until charred. 
  3. In a bowl combine mayo, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, paprika, chili powder, salt and black pepper together. 
  4. Cut the kernels off the corn, add to the bowl and mix the salad together. 
  5. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
