Grilled Parmesan Potatoes


  • 2 large potatoes. 
  • 2 tsp olive oil. 
  • ¼ grated parmesan. 
  • Flaky salt and fresh black pepper.


  1. Cut the potatoes into ½ inch slices. 
  2. Preheat the grill to high heat. 
  3. Toss the potatoes with parmesan, olive oil, salt and black pepper. 
  4. Place the potatoes on the grill, close the lid and grill for 5 minutes on each side. 
  5. Adjust the salt to taste and serve.
