Grilled Rosemary Lamb Chops
- 8 lamb chops.
- 3 cloves garlic, minced.
- 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil.
- Fresh lemon juice.
- Fresh rosemary leaves.
- 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, add in the lamp chops with lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Combine until the chicken is well coated.
- Marinate for 1 hour at least. Preheat your grill.
- Grill the lamp chops for 5 minutes each side.
