Grilled Rosemary Lamb Chops


  • 8 lamb chops. 
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced. 
  • 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil. 
  • Fresh lemon juice. 
  • Fresh rosemary leaves. 
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper.


  1. In a bowl, add in the lamp chops with lemon juice, olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, and black pepper. 
  2. Combine until the chicken is well coated. 
  3. Marinate for 1 hour at least. Preheat your grill. 
  4. Grill the lamp chops for 5 minutes each side.
