Grilled Sausage and Peppers


  • 4 large Italian sausages. 
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil. 
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced. 
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced. 
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced. 
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper.


  1. In a bowl, toss the sliced veggies with olive oil, and salt & black pepper. 
  2. Preheat your grill. Using a brush the grill with olive oil. 
  3. Transfer the sausages to the grill. Grill the sausages for 5 minutes then flip it to the other side and cook for another 2-3 minutes until fully cooked. When it’s done transfer them to another plate. Try to keep them warm. 
  4. At the same grill place the sliced vegetables and grill for 8 minutes. Flipping them often, until they are soft and charred. 
  5. Place the sausages and veggies on one plate. 
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and basil.
