- 2 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick.
- 1 tbsp. olive oil, extra virgin.
- 1 tsp dried parsley.
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder.
- Salt and ground black pepper.
- In a bowl mix olive oil, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
- Toss in the sliced zucchini to make sure they are well coated.
- Preheat your grill to medium heat.
- Grill the zucchini for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Adjust the salt to taste and serve.
