Grilled Zucchini

Grilled Zucchini


  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick. 
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil, extra virgin. 
  • 1 tsp dried parsley. 
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 
  • Salt and ground black pepper.


  1. In a bowl mix olive oil, dried parsley, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. 
  2. Toss in the sliced zucchini to make sure they are well coated. 
  3. Preheat your grill to medium heat. 
  4. Grill the zucchini for 2-3 minutes on each side. 
  5. Adjust the salt to taste and serve.
