Kale Chips


  • 8 ounces torn kale leaves. 
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil. 
  • 2 teaspoons sodium soy sauce.
  • ½ teaspoon of salt and black pepper.


  1. In a bowl, rub the kale leaves with oil, soy sauce, and salt until they are completely coated.
  2. Set air- fryer temperature to 400 degrees.
  3. Transfer kale leaves to the basket of the air fryer and Coat them with cooking spray.
  4. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes while shaking the basket every 3 minutes until crispy. 
  5. Serve immediately.
