Multiseed Healthy Crackers


  • 1/3 cup Flax seeds.
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds. 
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds. 
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds. 
  • 1 cup water. 
  • ¼ cup flax meal.


Preheat oven to 360F. line baking sheet with parchment paper. Mix all the ingredients together, add water gradually and mix until all ingredients are combine. let it rest for 5 minutes. Spread the mixture into the pan, place in the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes. Let cool before serving.
