Mustard-Garlic Baked Salmon


  • 1 boneless, skin-on salmon fillets. 
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic.
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil. 
  • 2 tablespoons honey.
  • 3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce. 
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper.


  1. In a bowl, whisk olive oil, honey, mustard and soy sauce. 
  2. Line the baking dish with parchment paper, put the salmon skin side down. 
  3. Pour over half the sauce amount. 
  4. Set oven temperature to 360 F degrees.
  5.  Bake the salmon for 15 minutes, brush with the remaining sauce. 
  6. Bake for more 5 minutes. 
  7. Serve the salmon with the cooked veggies.
