
Pressure Cooker Butter Chicken

Ingredients
- 16 ounces Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs.
- 4 ounces butter cut into cubes.
- 4 ounces Heavy Cream.
- 1 can canned Tomatoes.
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced.
- 1-2 teaspoons Ginger, minced.
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric.
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin.
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper.
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika.
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala.
Instructions
- To the pressure cooker add the chicken, canned tomatoes, garlic, and ginger with the spices.
- Stir everything together. Lock the pressure cooker lid and set to pressure cook at high temperature for 14 minutes.
- Release pressure from the cooker then carefully remove the chicken, use a blender to blend the sauce together.
- Add the butter and cooking cream to the sauce stir then add in the chicken back to the pot.
- Serve with the desired topping.
