Pressure Cooker Teriyaki Drumsticks


  • 8 drumsticks, skin removed. 
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce. 
  • 3 tbsp. rice vinegar.
  • 2 tbsp. honey. 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced. 
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger. 
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha. 
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds. 
  • Chopped green onion.


  1. Set the pressure cooker at a sauté mood and add in the soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sriracha, ginger, and garlic. 
  2. Stir for 3 minutes. Add in the chicken stir with the sauce until the chicken is well covered. 
  3. Set the pressure cooker at a high-pressure mood then Cover and cook for 20 minutes. 
  4. After the cooking time, release the pressure then remove the lid. 
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
