Ingredients
- 8 drumsticks, skin removed.
- 1/4 cup soy sauce.
- 3 tbsp. rice vinegar.
- 2 tbsp. honey.
- 2 cloves garlic, minced.
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger.
- 1 teaspoon sriracha.
- 1 tbsp. sesame seeds.
- Chopped green onion.
Instructions
- Set the pressure cooker at a sauté mood and add in the soy sauce, vinegar, honey, sriracha, ginger, and garlic.
- Stir for 3 minutes. Add in the chicken stir with the sauce until the chicken is well covered.
- Set the pressure cooker at a high-pressure mood then Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- After the cooking time, release the pressure then remove the lid.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
