Pressure Cooker Tomatillo Chicken Wings


  • 8 chicken wings. 
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil.
  • 1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar. 
  • 1 teaspoon oregano. 
  • 1 ½ cups tomatillo sauce.
  • Chopped cilantro, divided. 
  • 1 jalapeno, chopped. 
  • 1 teaspoon salt and black pepper.


  1. Marinate the chicken wings with vinegar, oregano, salt and black pepper for a few hours. 
  2. Set the pressure cooker at a sauté mood, add oil then the chicken wings brown on both sides. 
  3. Add in the tomatillo salsa, chopped cilantro, and jalapeno cover and cook for 20 minutes. 
  4. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
