Ingredients
- 1 small pumpkin or 1/4 large pumpkin, cut into 1-inch thick slices.
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoons packed brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 380F.
- place the pumpkin into baking pan, frizzle with oil and season with cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar.
- Transfer into oven and bake for 20 minutes until soft and carnalized.
