Ingredients
- 8 medium apples.
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice.
- 1 cinnamon stick.
- 5 teaspoons light brown sugar.
- 1 tsp nutmeg.
Instructions
- Peel and slice the apples.
- Transfer the apples to the slow cooker, add cinnamon, lemon juice, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
- Set the cooker at low heat and cook for 6 hours while stirring the apples occasionally.
- After the cooking time ends, remove the cinnamon stick and blend with a blender.
- Leave the sauce to cool before transferring it to a jar.
