Ingredients
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts.
- 1 cup pineapple juice (unsweetened).
- 1 cup brown sugar.
- 3/4 cup ketchup.
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic.
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
- Salt and pepper.
Instructions
- In a bowl mix together pineapple juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, corn starch, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt and black pepper.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper then add to the slow cooker.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, cover and cook for 4 hours.
- After the cooking time end, release the pressure then remove the lid.
- Let the chicken breasts sit for 10 minutes before serving.
