Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken


  • 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts. 
  • 1 cup pineapple juice (unsweetened). 
  • 1 cup brown sugar. 
  • 3/4 cup ketchup. 
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch. 
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce. 
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic. 
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. 
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika. 
  • Salt and pepper.


  1. In a bowl mix together pineapple juice, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, corn starch, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt and black pepper. 
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper then add to the slow cooker. 
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken, cover and cook for 4 hours. 
  4. After the cooking time end, release the pressure then remove the lid. 
  5. Let the chicken breasts sit for 10 minutes before serving.
