Slow-Cooker Beef & Broccoli.


  • 16 ounces sirloin steak, thinly sliced. 
  • 2 cup broccoli florets. 
  • 1 cup beef broth. 
  • 3 tablespoons sesame oil.
  • ½ cup soy sauce. 
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar. 
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar. 
  • 1 tablespoons sriracha. 
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced.
  • 1 teaspoons minced ginger. 
  • 2 tbsp. cornstarch.
  • For garnish: Sesame seeds and chopped green onions.


  1. In a large bowl add in the beef, broth, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, vinegar, sriracha, garlic, and ginger. 
  2. Transfer the beef with the sauce to the slow cooker. 
  3. Cover and cook for 3 hours until beef is tender. 
  4. When the beef is cooked add 1 tablespoon of starch dissolved in ½ cup of water to the slow cooker, stir it with the sauce then add the broccoli. 
  5. Cover and let cook for another 20 minutes. 
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
