Tomato Bruschetta


  • 4 small tomatoes, finely chopped. 
  • 2 garlic cloves. 
  • ½ tsp. balsamic vinegar. 
  • Olive oil, for drizzling. 
  • 6 to 8 slices rustic bread. 
  • Fresh basil


  1. Mix the tomatoes, garlic, balsamic, olive oil, basil, salt and black pepper. 
  2. On the Grill, drizzle the bread with olive oil on each side. 
  3. Rub a garlic clove in the bread then top with tomato mixture and basil.
