Return Policy

Please Note: This return policy is only applicable to purchases made directly from OHHO’s website. If you have purchased OHHO products from anywhere other than the official website, please check with your retailer for their return policy details.

Your satisfaction is our first priority, and we work hard to ensure every product we send out is in perfect condition. However, if you do have any issues or questions, we are always here to help. If you do need to return an item, please note the information below regarding our complete, no-hassle 30-Day Return Policy. Our return window is 30 days upon receiving the product.

OHHO will be responsible for the return shipping fee ONLY IF the product is defective or damaged and within the return window.

All the defective/damaged products outside the return window will be covered under our ONE-YEAR warranty.

Customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee and applicable restocking fee under different returning situations as listed below:
If you choose to return a
- unopened and unused product because you no longer need/want it within (outside) the return window, you will be charged up to 10% (15%) restocking fee;
- opened and unused product within (outside) the return window, you will be charged up to 15% (20%) restocking fee;
- opened and used product within (outside) the return window, you will be charged up to 20% (25%) restocking fee.

*Restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price—shipping costs not included.
*The product must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

Discounted items are all final sale. Only defective products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days upon receiving the product. No return or exchange for other reasons (e.g. you changed your mind). Defective products that exceed 7 days will be covered under our one-year warranty policy.

If you need to return a product, please get in touch with our support team as soon as possible to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) Form. This must be done within 30-days of receiving the item. After 30-days we will not accept returns under any circumstance. No items will be accepted for return without an RMA form attached to the outside of the package. 

When contacting us for an RMA, please include the following:

  • The reason for returning the item.
  • Your Order ID.
  • Your name, Address, Email Address and Phone Number.

Once approved, we will send an RMA form and complete return shipping instructions for your convenience. Once received and checked, we will issue a refund for the item(s).
